ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Milligan College seeks experienced Administrative Assistant in
Office of Academic Affairs. Reports to Vice President for
Academic Affairs (VPAA). Assists VPAA with general office
management, recruitment of new faculty, curriculum
management, academic budgets, faculty records, monitoring
faculty teaching loads, managing revisions to academic policies,
and VPAA's calendar and travel. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years experience in
corporate or educational setting, excellent office computer skills,
outstanding oral/written communication skills, self-starter capable
of dealing with sensitive situations with poise and confidentiality.
