High School diploma required; Associate's degree, or higher preferred Minimum three years' experience in the accounting field Must possess knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and general accounting procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Banner computer system preferred Strong customer service skills General Duties: Process and maintain invoices to vendors Prepare account receivables and purchase orders Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and reports from Banner Contact vendors regarding issues with invoices and/or setting up new accounts Prepare journal vouchers for submitting to TBR Assist with student registration/tuition payment process Assist Vice President as needed Salary: Commensurate with experience and according to salary guidelines of the Tennessee Board of Regents.
